Job Description - Assistant Manager / Manager International Business (LATAM)

Position: Assistant Manager / Manager
Location: Dappar (near Chandigarh)

Qualification : Candidate with MBA in International Business will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To act as a first point of contact of the company for LATAM market.
2. To generate business by maintaining good relations with existing distributors for increasing business.
3. Backend Operations:
• Oversee and manage backend operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
4. Internal Coordination:
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among internal teams.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
5. Administrative Support:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the reporting manager.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the company.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 05 -08 Years in pharma (International Business) industry.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Ready to relocate near Dappar (Punjab), near Chandigarh.
• Must be ready to work in 6 days working environment.
