Talent Acquisition 80%

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level, senior-level, and business-critical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
• Manage candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
• Drive recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, and source effectiveness.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

2. HR Operations 20%

• Generating Offer letters & Salary Negotiation
• Maintain recruitment trackers.
• Support HR policies, compliance documentation, and process improvements.
• Assist HR operational activities as required.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment portals, applicant tracking systems, and MS Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
• Working knowledge of HR operations and employment documentation.
