The Role: We’re looking for a driven and analytical Growth professional to own key user growth metrics across the new user funnel. You’ll focus on identifying drop-offs, improving conversion rates, and designing campaigns that nudge users from awareness to activation - and from activation to revenue improvement via cross-sell & up-sell. What You’ll Own Measure and analyze funnel drop-offs and opportunities across key user journeys - from Account open to first trade activation and progressively to cross-sell & up-sell different products. Design and execute campaigns, communication, and offers to improve conversion rates across each stage of the funnel. Collaborate with Product and Data teams to identify friction points and test new activation levers. Drive ongoing optimization through A/B testing, segmentation, and performance tracking. Partner with the design and content teams to ensure consistent, user-centric messaging across touchpoints Who You Are 3–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing, ideally in a consumer tech or fintech environment. Strong understanding of user funnels, activation metrics, and conversion optimization. Hands-on experience with marketing automation, segmentation, and experimentation tools Ability to translate insights from data into actionable growth strategies. Experience designing and executing referral or reactivation campaigns that drive measurable user growth. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills — comfortable working closely with Product, Data, and Design teams.
