Assistant Manager / Manager- Finance (AIF)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented finance professional to manage accounting, compliance, and operational activities of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). The role involves fund accounting, NAV & IRR computation, SEBI regulatory compliance, investor reporting, and coordination with auditors and stakeholders.

The designation will be aligned based on qualification and experience:

• Manager Finance (AIF) Qualified CA (Minimum 2 Years PQE)
• Assistant Manager Finance (AIF) CA Inter Cleared / CA Final Pursuing

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and review accounts of AIFs in accordance with IGAAP and IFRS.
• Compute and report NAV, IRR, capital account statements, and fund performance metrics.
• Manage capital calls, distributions, expense allocations, and investment accounting.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI AIF Regulations and other applicable laws.
• Oversee TDS, GST, and Income Tax related compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors during statutory audits and regulatory reviews.
• Supervise fund banking transactions and reconciliations.
• Manage invoice processing, payment approvals, and expense tracking.
• Prepare and circulate periodic MIS and investor reports.
• Act as liaison between clients, investors, auditors, and senior management.
• Review work of junior team members and ensure adherence to SOPs and internal controls.

Eligibility Criteria

Manager – Finance (AIF)

• Chartered Accountant (Mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in AIF / PE Fund / Venture Capital preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SEBI AIF Regulations, IFRS/IGAAP reporting, and taxation.

Assistant Manager – Finance (AIF)

• CA Inter Cleared / CA Final Pursuing.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in Fund Accounting.
• Strong hands-on experience in NAV & IRR computation.
• Working exposure to SEBI AIF compliance and regulatory filings.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Compliance & Taxation.
• In-depth understanding of SEBI AIF regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Tally / ERP systems.
• Strong analytical ability (IRR, NAV, financial ratios).
• Ability to interpret legal documents (PPM, Contribution Agreements, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High ownership mindset and attention to detail.
