Role Overview:

Drive new customer acquisition and business development initiatives.

. Identify, approach, and engage prospective customers to generate qualified leads.

. Present the company's logistics and supply chain solutions, understand customer requirements, and convert opportunities into business.

. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry associations, trade bodies, and business networks.

. Develop a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve business growth targets.

. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.

. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients to foster long-term business relationships.

Preferred Profile:

2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, freight forwarding, logistics, or related industries-preferably in theUS sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven and comfortable with field sales and travel
