Assistant Manager / Manager Corporate Development Marketing

Job Purpose

To drive hospital business growth through effective referral marketing, corporate marketing, doctor/consultant relationship management, institutional tie-ups, and corporate outreach initiatives. The role will be responsible for developing referral networks, strengthening relationships with corporates and healthcare stakeholders, generating patient referrals, and supporting the hospital's overall business development objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Referral Marketing & Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare professionals.
• Identify and develop new referral sources to increase patient footfall and revenue.
• Regularly visit referring doctors and healthcare partners to understand their requirements and promote hospital services.
• Track referral trends, referral volumes, and business generated through various referral channels.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth handling of referred patients and enhance referral partner experience.
• Develop strategies to increase repeat referrals and strengthen existing referral relationships.

2. Corporate Marketing & Business Development

• Identify and approach corporates, industries, PSUs, institutions, and other organizations for potential business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HR, Administration, Employee Benefits, Insurance, and corporate decision-makers.
• Explore and facilitate corporate tie-ups, health check-up programs, employee wellness initiatives, and other healthcare partnerships.
• Conduct corporate presentations and promote hospital services, specialties, packages, and healthcare solutions.
• Generate leads and convert corporate opportunities into sustainable business relationships.

3. Hospital Service Promotion

• Promote key hospital specialties, clinical services, centres of excellence, and new healthcare initiatives.
• Coordinate with clinical and operational teams for campaigns, health camps, awareness programs, and corporate wellness activities.
• Develop customized marketing initiatives based on the requirements of different referral and corporate partners.
• Support branding and visibility initiatives in the assigned market.

4. Market Development

• Conduct market mapping to identify potential referral sources, corporate accounts, institutions, and business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and healthcare business opportunities.
• Identify new markets and develop strategies for increasing the hospital's presence and patient base.
• Maintain a database of referral doctors, corporate clients, institutions, and other key stakeholders.
