Assistant Manager/Manager-Collections(Education Loans)

We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on Collections Manager / Assistant Manager to directly manage and execute field collections for our Education Loan portfolio across South AP. The candidate must be comfortable doing direct field visits and customer negotiations without agency support.

Role & responsibilities

• Direct Field Collections: Conduct regular customer visits across Guntur and nearby locations (80-100 km radius) to collect overdue payments for Education Loans.
• Agency-Independent Recovery: Personally manage end-to-end customer resolution, negotiations, and repayments without relying on third-party agencies or DRAs.
• Compliance & Ethics: Ensure 100% adherence to RBI guidelines, ethical recovery standards, and internal collection policies during all field interactions.
• Reporting & Tracking: Maintain daily visit logs, update customer feedback in the system, and report recovery trends to management.

Requirements

• 2-6 years in field collections (Education Loans / Unsecured Personal Loans / Retail Loans preferred).
• Must be based in Guntur and willing to travel extensively across South AP.
• Strong negotiation skills, ground-level portfolio understanding, and self-driven execution ability.
• Own 2-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
