We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Assistant Manager - B2B Operations to manage end-to-end operations for the Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) business. This role will drive operational excellence across platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, and Amazon Now, ensuring high service levels, inventory availability and seamless order fulfillment. The incumbent will work cross-functionally with Business, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, and Marketplace partners to enable scalable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) management, order processing, appointment scheduling, and fulfillment across all Quick Commerce partners.
- Ensure best-in-class execution of key operational KPIs including OTIF, Fill Rate, Dispatch TAT, and Order Accuracy.
- Coordinate with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely picking, packing, dispatch, and SLA adherence.
- Monitor inventory health, replenishment, stock availability, ageing inventory, and minimize stock-outs and lost sales.
- Resolve operational issues including GRN discrepancies, invoice mismatches, deduction claims, portal issues, and appointment delays.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, SOP implementation, and operational standardization to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for recurring operational issues.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, trackers, and performance metrics for operational visibility.
- Support new marketplace onboarding, city launches, warehouse readiness, and business expansion initiatives.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Quick Commerce partners and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
Qualifications
- MBA / B.E. / Graduate in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B Operations, Quick Commerce, Marketplace or Fulfillment Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Order Fulfillment, Marketplace Operations, and Supply Chain Processes.
- Hands-on experience with PowerBi, SAP, Unicommerce, Seller central, Q-com portals and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of appointment systems, ASN, FBA, FBF, and PO compliance norms.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
