Assistant Manager-Loyalty & Referral Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Engage with existing customers and maintain long-term relationships.
• Generate referral leads and contribute to project sales targets.
• Promote new launches, offers, inventory updates, and loyalty benefits to existing customers.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Loyalty & Referral Executives to achieve referral sales targets.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and lead conversion metrics.
• Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance customer engagement and referral generation capabilities.
• Allocate leads, track follow-ups, and ensure timely closure of opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams to drive customer retention and referral campaigns.
• Provide performance feedback and support team development initiatives.
• Experience in handling and leading a team of 3-10 members.
• Strong people management, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
• Proven track record of achieving team sales and referral targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Min exp 5 years in Loyalty & Referral Sales

Good Experience in Team Handling role
