Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (working from office 5 days a week)

Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements including master services agreement, recruitment services agreements, and referral agreements.
• Undertaking legal research on legal and regulatory issues.
• Assist in evaluating new products and services viz-a-viz the extant legal and regulatory framework.
• Executing and maintaining a repository of all the documents executed by the company.
• Coordinate with external consultants for registration of intellectual property rights, secretarial matters, and procuring legal opinions.
• Handle IP management - experience in trademark, patent applications, and associated litigation.
• Experience in compliance - industry related compliance such as BFSI, fintech.
• Handle legal opinion on consumer forum cases, civil litigation and dispute resolution.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience

• Qualified lawyer with a five-years integrated law degree from a reputed university
• Post qualification experience ranging from 5 years either working as an in-house counsel or in a law firm
• National Law School and an LLM would be an additional advantage.
• Holds strong drafting, reviewing and negotiation skills.
• Exhibits complete ownership over all assigned tasks and brings them to logical conclusion.
• Effective at coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
