Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership :

? Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements including master services agreement, recruitment services agreements, referral agreements.

? Undertaking legal research on legal and regulatory issues.

? Assist in evaluating new products and services viz-a-viz the extant legal and regulatory framework.

? Executing and maintaining a repository of all the documents executed by the company.

? Coordinate with external consultants for registration of intellectual property rights, secretarial matters and procuring legal opinions.

? Handle IP Management – experience in trademark, patent applications and associated litigation

. ? Experience in Compliance – industry related compliance such as BFSI, fintech.

? Handle legal opinion on consumer forum cases, civil litigation and dispute resolution .


Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience :

? Qualified lawyer with a five-years integrated law degree from a reputed university

? Post qualification experience ranging from 5 years either working as an in-house counsel or in a law firm

? National Law School and an LLM would be an additional advantage.

? Holds strong drafting, reviewing and negotiation skills.

? Exhibits complete ownership over all assigned tasks and brings them to logical conclusion.

? Effective at coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
