Assistant Manager - Leasing

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive leasing activities for commercial and/or retail properties.

- Identify, engage, and onboard prospective tenants to achieve occupancy targets.

- Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate lease agreement closures.

- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brokers, IPCs, and channel partners.

- Conduct market research, analyze rental trends, and benchmark competitor offerings.

- Coordinate with legal, finance, and property management teams for seamless lease execution.

- Manage lease renewals, tenant retention, and portfolio performance.

- Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and leasing processes.

Required Skills:

- 8-10 years of experience in Commercial or Retail Real Estate Leasing.

- Strong expertise in tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and relationship management.

- Good understanding of lease documentation, commercial terms, and real estate market dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to achieve leasing targets and drive revenue growth.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with reputed real estate developers, commercial real estate firms, or property consultants.

- Existing network with corporates, brokers, IPCs, and channel partners.

- Knowledge of commercial leasing regulations and market trends.

- MBA or equivalent qualification in Real Estate, Marketing, or Business Management is preferred.
