Assistant Manager - Leasing

1. Tenant acquisition: Source and onboard national and international retail, F&B, and lifestyle brands through direct outreach and broker networks
2. Lease negotiations: Draft and negotiate commercial terms, rental rates, fit-out periods, and Letters of Intent (LOIs).
3. Tenant mix optimization: Strategically curate a balanced mix of stores to drive foot traffic, visitor engagement, and long-term profitability.
4. Market research: Track retail trends, competitor activities, and local consumer behaviour to identify market gaps.
5. Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with current tenants to encourage lease renewals and handle concerns.
6. MIS: Yardi/Reporting/CRM/Audit

-Data management of leasing of shops/kiosk/carts and other revenue options through various sources

-Maintain sales/rent/tenure/revenue share on weekly and monthly report

-Frequent review meetings with reporting manager for lease up/reconciliation, kiosk leasing renewals & new concept kiosk etc

-Ensure kiosk or store fitouts as per timelines/design/area approvals etc

-Regular tracking of performance and concerns raised by the brands

-Compliance with leasing processes, SOPs and Yardi

-Inter department coordination with legal, finance, operations, marketing team etc

-Gather market intelligence, competition mapping and internal reports

-CRM and tech adoption
