Assistant Manager - Key Account Management

What You'll Do

• Maintain a good relationship with Small Businesses.
• Up-sell and cross-sell other payment solutions to existing clients.
• Maintain relationships by fulfilling clients' requirements.
• Understand gaps and resolve merchant issues to avoid transaction disputes while maintaining transaction growth.
• Execute retention plans for churn merchants on a monthly basis.
• Generate new leads for market penetration in transactions and Gross Monetary Value (GMV); track and analyse root causes for transaction drops and drive resolution.
• Maintain brand visibility across the payments market.
• Update merchants on application status, handle daily reports and other status updates,gather market feedback, and analyse competition.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in account management, sales or relationship management, preferably in payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain client trust.
• Ability to identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and translate them into revenue growth.
• Analytical mindset to diagnose transaction drops, disputes, and churn, and drive root- cause resolution.
• Comfort working with reports and data to track merchant performance and market trends.
• Self-driven with strong ownership of client outcomes and target delivery.
