Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for hospital applications (Medics HIS, Akhil HIS).
- Troubleshoot application issues and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
- Act as the single point of contact for application-related queries.
- Create and manage user roles, access, and permissions.
- Conduct end-user training sessions for doctors, nurses, and admin staff.
- Prepare user manuals and SOPs.
- Coordinate with application vendors for: Bug fixes, Enhancements, Version upgrades, Track and follow up on open tickets/issues.
- Assist business team in generating reports and dashboards from applications.
- Support data validation and data integrity checks.
- Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new features in HIS/integration layers.
- Support deployment of patches and upgrades.
- Validate integrations (e.g., Oracle, lab systems, billing interfaces).
- Knowledge of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) (e.g., Medics, Cerner, etc.)
- Basic SQL knowledge (queries, data validation)
- Understanding of application workflows and integrations
- Familiarity with ticketing tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Good understanding of hospital operations
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders
