About this role
- Lead and mentor IT support staff; assign tasks, review performance, and support career Development.
- Plan, implement, and maintain hardware, software, network, and security systems.
- Oversee and coordinate IT projects such as system upgrades, new implementations, and integrations.
- Ensure robust data protection strategies, compliance with data privacy regulations, and regular security audits.
- Monitor IT systems and respond to technical issues swiftly to minimize downtime.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations or IT management.
- Strong knowledge of networks, servers, cloud computing and cybersecurity.
