Assistant Manager - International sales

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets in international markets as outlined in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Prioritize the promotion and sale of our products within India and other targeted regions.
• Provide detailed information about our products to clients.
• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and compliance with international quality standards.
• Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Close sales deals with international clients.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of sales related information for international transactions.
• Ensure accurate record keeping and timely follow up.
• Regularly collate and track international leads from various sources (trade shows, referrals, online platforms, etc.).
• Customize sales pitches to address the specific needs and preferences of different international markets.
• Proactively follow up with potential clients to nurture leads.
• Implement loyalty programs, referral initiatives, and corporate sales channels to drive new business.
• Adapt sales strategies based on the dynamics of each international market and customer behaviour.
