Assistant Manager - International Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients
• Lead Generation strategy: Design and implement strategy for generating leads through various channels, including online research, campaigns networking, and industry events.
• Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our services as solutions.
• Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations tailored to the specific requirements of potential clients.
• Negotiation: Skilfully negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements to ensure win-win outcomes.
• Client Onboarding: Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Monitor competitor performance and strategy to modify marketing and sales plan to protect and grow competitive advantage
• Develop and keep updated a Target and Achievements “plan specifying the target for new business to be hunted.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set for the region.
• Hunt for new business in B2B and D2E segments to achieve targets by:
• Planning, training and directing marketing/sales team
• Implementing an effective Outbound Business Development strategy to bring more new logos
• Responsible for Inbound enquiries allocation, follow up and closure
• Implementing an effective push strategy through email and cold call campaigns
• Responsible for Team’s performance
• Retain and grow newly hunted logos for 12 calendar months before handing over to Client Retention.
• Data mining and ICP identification
• Excel-based prospect database management
• Research target companies and decision-makers
• Outreach campaigns via mail merge tools
• Lead generation using LI Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc
