Assistant Manager - International patient sertvices

To be responsible for International Business Development. To implement the processes to maintain the list of interpreter / HCF, for smoothfunctioning of the hospital. To be responsible for liaising with medical tourism companies, health carefacilitators, international doctors and patients for business development activities. To be responsible for designing packages for clients as per their requirement. Maintaining close coordination and proper feedback with discharged patients toensure further business. To be responsible for Foreign Regional Registration Office, Visa invitations,treatment estimates for international patient. To be responsible for international patients medical query handling. To be responsible for hospital branding on international level through website,health check-up camps, OPDs and various other business development activities incoordination with HO Team. To coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and error-free operationsprocessing. To provide such other duties which are required to enhance the positioning of thehospital among International Patients. Any other task assigned to you from time to time. IV.
