EY L&D VTH Instructional Designer Supervising Associate
Were looking for professionals with expertise in Instructional Design for our L&D VTH team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm.
Your key responsibilities - Designing learning solutions based on client requirements
- Taking consultative approach to offer solutions
- Experience in developing various types of learning interventions to suit the learner and business needs
- Measuring effectiveness of learning solutions
- Design solutions that are engaging and effective
- Creating proposals, design documents and development guidelines
- Mentoring the content team, developing and providing training to the team
The role requires someone who can manage several concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills.

- Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience in authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and any LMS and LCMS will be beneficial
- Expert technical knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
- Well-versed with the latest trends and technologies in Learning and design innovative learning solutions
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to lead and work in a team arrangement Previous experience in designing for game and simulation-based learning solutions
- Strong experience in creating learning intervention around various adult learning principles
- Knowledge on course development life cycle
- Knowledge on US CPE standards is desirable
- A professional, confident and enthusiastic team player with a flexible can-do attitude.
- An individual with strong interpersonal skills - confidence, maturity & ability to build strong client relationships
