Assistant Manager - Information Security

Experience: 5-8 Years | Qualification: B.E./B.Tech

We're looking for an Information Security professional with strong experience in PCI DSS, PCI SSF (PA-DSS), PCI PIN, PCI P2PE, and ISO 27001 frameworks. The ideal candidate will work closely with Infrastructure, Network, and Development teams to drive security compliance, conduct audits, manage risk assessments, and implement security best practices across the organization.

Key Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in Information Security, Risk & Compliance.
• Hands-on experience with PCI DSS, PCI SSF/PA-DSS, PCI PIN, PCI P2PE, and ISO 27001.
• Experience working with technical operations teams on system and network security.
• Exposure to secure coding practices and application security requirements.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing at least two PCI/ISO 27001 projects.
• Strong audit, risk assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging deadlines.

Preferred Background: Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Payments, or Technology organizations.
