Position Description Team Lead, Campus Recruitment

The position holder will be responsible for driving campus hiring and leading the recruitment team to achieve business hiring targets within defined timelines. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing resumes to candidate joining, while ensuring hiring quality and efficiency.

Job Summary:

- Lead and manage end-to-end campus recruitment activities, including planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, placement cells, and student organizations.

- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.

- Drive business hiring and stakeholder management to ensure timely closure of positions.

- Understand hiring requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and identify suitable candidates based on role fit and motivation.

- Lead, monitor, and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and productivity benchmarks.

- Build and maintain campus talent pipelines to attract high-potential graduates.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

- Track hiring metrics, team performance, and recruitment reports to drive efficiency and achieve hiring goals.
