Assistant Manager - Human Resources

Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition for plant and corporate positions, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

- Oversee the complete Employee Life Cycle, including joining formalities, employee documentation, appointment, confirmation, transfers, promotions, separations, and full & final settlement coordination.

- Plan and conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees, ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.

- Administer Group Medical Coverage (GMC) and Group Personal Accident (GPA) insurance, including employee enrolments, additions, deletions, renewals, and coordination with insurance providers.

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring data accuracy in the HRMS and compliance with statutory requirements.

- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, recognition programs, and communication initiatives to promote a positive work environment.

- Support performance management, training coordination, and organizational development initiatives.

- Handle general administration activities, including corporate sim, dongle and transport.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and statutory regulations applicable to manufacturing establishments.

- Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and reports for management review.

- Support HR audits and continuous improvement initiatives across HR and administrative functions.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to plant HR operations and factory administration.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and plant leadership.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
