Assistant Manager - Human Resources

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Assistant Manager to support and strengthen the Human Resources operations at Nirali Hospital and A M Naik Healthcare Complex. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee Training, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, attendance management and HR administration while ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Experience

Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant HR experience.

Prior experience in hospitals, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or large organizations will be preferred.

Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations is desirable.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

Capable of managing multiple HR activities in a fast-paced environment.
