Assistant Manager Human Resources

Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Reports to: General Manager
Location: Shimla, Himachal Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Drive learning, employee engagement, retention, and a positive work culture.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, conflicts, counselling, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure timely and quality recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and talent retention.
• Drive Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies, SOPs, audits, and statutory compliances are implemented effectively.
• Maintain accurate HRMS, employee records, and audit-ready documentation.
• Ensure smooth payroll operations and timely consultant agreement renewals.
• Handle employee transfers in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Resolve employee queries promptly and support management in HR-related matters.
• Ensure statutory filings and compliance requirements are completed within timelines.

Job Requirements

Qualification: Post Graduate in Human Resource Management
Experience: Minimum 12 years of HR experience with strong stakeholder management exposure.
