Assistant Manager – Human Resources (Plant HR)

We are hiring an Assistant Manager Human Resources to manage end-to-end HR operations for a manufacturing setup

• The role involves driving recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training & development, and HR compliance
• You will partner with plant leadership to ensure smooth HR processes, handle employee relations, implement HR policies, and support workforce planning
• The role also requires hands-on experience in skill matrix creation, competency mapping, and managing HR analytics and reporting
• This is a business-facing HR role requiring strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities
