Assistant Manager - Human Resources (Campus Recruiter)

Role & responsibilities

• Campus Hiring: Manage end-to-end campus recruitment, college partnerships, candidate selection, offer management, and batch onboarding.
• Talent Acquisition: Drive lateral hiring across functions, including sourcing, interview coordination, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and closures.
• HRBP: Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, probation and confirmation, grievance resolution, and exit processes.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Maintain hiring and HR dashboards, track key metrics, and collaborate with business leaders to address workforce requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in campus recruitment, and HR business partnering.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, job portals, Excel/Google Sheets, and HR reporting.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities, high-volume hiring, and employee-related matters.
