Assistant Manager Hrd

Role & responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for white-collar positions across Corporate, Plant, Engineering, Quality, SCM, Finance, HR, IT, and other support functions.
• Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and execute hiring plans within defined timelines.
• Manage sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, consultants, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer management, onboarding, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring dashboards, and manpower reports.
• Support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement and retention programs for staff and managerial employees.
• Facilitate induction, training nominations, and learning & development initiatives.
• Ensure HR policy implementation and compliance across white-collar employee groups.
• Collaborate with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM in HR.
• 7-10 years of experience in White Collar Recruitment and Corporate HR.
• Experience hiring for Manufacturing, Automotive, Auto Components, or Engineering sectors.
• Strong exposure to talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and HR analytics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
