Assistant Manager HRBP

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and separation processes.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance management systems.
• Handle employee grievances and resolve issues in a timely manner to maintain a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop policies and procedures that align with business objectives.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, including recruitment, talent acquisition, training & development programs.
• Proven track record in managing employee grievances and improving overall employee satisfaction.
• Proficiency in implementing performance management systems (PMS) for measuring employee performance.
