Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business HR / HRBP professional with 10+ years of overall HR experience and strong expertise in core Business HR. The candidate should have relevant ITES / International BPO experience and be confident in independently partnering with Program Heads and senior business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Program Heads and business leaders on people and business priorities.
• Drive employee engagement, performance management and retention initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, grievances and employee escalations.
• Lead talent management, succession planning and workforce planning initiatives.
• Provide HR insights and support business decision-making.
• Advise stakeholders on HR policies, processes and compliance.
• Independently manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Support organizational development and people-related business initiatives.

Must-Have Criteria

• 10+ years of overall HR experience
• Strong Business HR / HRBP experience
• Relevant ITES / International BPO / BPM industry experience
• Experience supporting large operations / programs / delivery teams
• L4/L4A or equivalent senior-level exposure preferred
• Ability to independently partner with Program Heads / Business Heads
• Strong employee relations and grievance-handling experience
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills
