Assistant Manager HRBP

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HR operations, including employee onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance management systems.
• Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts fairly and promptly.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, including recruitment, talent acquisition, training, and development.
• Proven ability to boost employee engagement, retention, and reduce attrition rates.
• Experience with performance management systems and employee grievance resolution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
