About this role
Role & responsibilities :
- Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategy and people initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including joining, transfers, promotions, confirmation and exit.
- Drive employee engagement, retention and employee relations initiatives.
- Support manpower planning, recruitment and critical position closures.
- Drive Performance Management, IJP, Talent Management and succession planning.
- Coordinate L&D initiatives and ensure timely completion of training plans.
- Handle HR operations, attendance, payroll inputs and employee data with accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements and company processes.
- Analyse HR data/MIS and provide HR analytics and actionable insights to management.
- Act as a trusted HRBP/employee interface and resolve employee queries and grievances.
- Drive HR initiatives across plant/business functions and corporate stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills required.
