Key Roles & Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Source candidates using job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and job applications to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and conduct initial phone screens and interviews with prospective hires.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) with up-to-date candidate statuses and recruitment metrics.

Offer Rollout & Compensation

• Prepare and issue competitive employment offers, job descriptions, and employment contracts.
• Negotiate offers with selected candidates within approved budget guidelines and salary bands.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks, including background screenings and reference verifications.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and coordinate initial new hire orientations.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and pipeline reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Advise hiring teams on market trends, interview best practices, and hiring timelines.
• Resolve hiring roadblocks by maintaining clear communication between candidates and internal leaders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 3 to 8 years of proven experience in human resources or talent acquisition.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and basic employment labor laws.
