Position: Assistant Manager HR

Qualification: MBA/PGDM HR

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong manufacturing industry exposure to manage HR operations, employee engagement, workforce management and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing unit.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding and manpower planning.
• Manage employee relations and address employee concerns.
• Ensure proper attendance, leave, payroll and HR documentation processes.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and HR initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, retention and welfare initiatives.
• Handle performance management and appraisal processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Maintain HR MIS, employee records and management reports.
• Support disciplinary processes, grievance handling and policy implementation.
• Coordinate with Plant/Operations teams on workforce-related matters.
• Support training and development initiatives.

Eligibility:

• MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institution.
• 4 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/plant environment.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and employee relations.
• Exposure to labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong MS Excel and HRMS knowledge.
• Willingness to work from Jodhpur.
