Assistant Manager - HR

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle for Mumbai stores.
• Drive manpower planning, recruitment and onboarding.
• Monitor attendance, payroll and employee data.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases and exits.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure HR compliance, documentation and audits.
• Coordinate training, induction and performance management.
• Conduct regular store visits and HR audits.
• Partner with City Head, Operations Managers and Store Managers on people-related matters.
• Track key HR metrics like attrition, hiring, attendance and manpower fulfilment

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-3 years of HR experience
• QSR / Retail / Hospitality background preferred
• Strong experience in Blue-Collar Hiring & Employee Lifecycle
• Good knowledge of Payroll, Attendance & HR Operations
• Strong Employee Grievance & ER handling
• Good Stakeholder Management & Communication skills
• Comfortable with store visits and field operations
