Assistant Manager - HR

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

HR Policies:

• Implement HR policies at the plant level in alignment with corporate guidelines.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management for plant employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for HR operational excellence.

Employee Engagement and Welfare:

• Develop and implement employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
• Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
• Drive welfare initiatives, including health, safety, and employee well-being programs.

Performance Management and Training:

• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for plant employees.
• Facilitate training programs to enhance workforce productivity and skill development.

Compliance and Audits:

• Manage HR audits and inspections from government authorities.
• Maintain all necessary records, reports, and documentation for compliance.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, compliance, and industrial relations.
• Excellent people management and communication skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing/plant setup.
• Any Graduate / MBA - HR.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic plant environment.
