Roles and Responsibilities

The overall management and development of all HR Aspects for th company, including Recuitment and selection. Coordination ( Learning & Development ) Empoyee engagement , R&R.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interview schedules, and selection outcomes.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all stages of recruitment.
  
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.

• Regular Coordination with all HODs to understand their Manpower requirement , Manpower allocation , skills development etc. Monitoring the Monthly improvement schemes such as 5S, Kaizen, ISO Etc
• Keep check of the employees who are frequently absenting from work , absconing , late coming & Counsel them
• Regular Plant round and note the observations. Various committees ( canteen, Housekeeping, Safety, POSH) etc and its report as well corrective action.
• Monthly staffs Engagement activities Monthly Staff & Workers Apartment visit and submit the Report for any repair and maintenance required . Grievance (Staff of shop floor ) and to ensure its get clear.
