Assistant Manager - HR | Talent Acquisition

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, especially nursing and bulk hiring.
• Handle HR operations, onboarding, exit formalities, and employee engagement.
• Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave, UAN, and ESIC compliance
• Ensure statutory compliance and maintain HR records.
• Handle employee grievances and guide the HR team.
• Coordinate with unit heads, department managers, central HR, and finance.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely vacancy closure.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• Mandatory hospital industry experience.
• Strong experience in nursing recruitment.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
