About this role
- Industrial Relations & Grievances: Maintain shop-floor harmony, resolve employee grievances, and initiate disciplinary actions (charge sheets, show-cause notices, and domestic inquiries).
- Statutory Compliance & Licensing: Ensure 100% legal compliance with the Factories Act and manage the timely renewal of all site operating licenses and permits.
- Contract Labor Management: Oversee third-party vendors, manpower allocation, attendance tracking, and contractor statutory compliance.
- Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle: Lead joining formalities, site inductions, and maintain updated org charts, KRAs, and RRAs across all site roles.
- Corporate HR Coordination (TMT): Partner with the Talent Management Team to execute probation confirmations, employee transfers, and exit management.
- Training & Performance (TDT): Coordinate with Talent Development to drive site PMS cycles, training programs, and operator skill matrices.
- Payroll & Attendance (C&B): Manage daily attendance, shift rosters, and leave data in coordination with C&B for monthly payroll and Full & Final settlements.
- Site Facilities & Admin: Direct plant canteen operations, worker transportation, security services, and guest house management.
- Travel & Expense Verification: Process and verify employee travel logistics and reimbursement claims as per company policy.
- Engagement & CSR: Plan and execute site employee engagement programs and local Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
