- Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute bulk recruitment strategies to meet staffing requirements.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels (job portals, social media, internal databases, agencies).
- Create and publish effective and engaging job postings.
- Screening & Interviewing
- Review and evaluate applications and resumes.
- Shortlist candidates based on skill, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Partner with department heads to understand detailed hiring needs.
- Assist in crafting and refining job descriptions and role specifications.
- Work closely with HR and leadership teams to facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Candidate Experience
- Ensure a professional, engaging, and seamless experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide timely updates on application and interview status.
- Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and updated recruitment databases and candidate records.
- Prepare and share regular recruitment dashboards, status reports, and metrics.
- Onboarding
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and coordinate pre-joining requirements.
- Participate in campus hiring and bulk recruitment initiatives as required.
- Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal guidelines, and recruitment standards.
- Promote diversity, equity, and equal opportunity in all hiring processes
- Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR Recruitment, specifically managing experienced/lateral Medical Coding hiring.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategy, talent acquisition, and best hiring practices.
- Current designation must be Assistant Manager or equivalent.
