Assistant Manager - HR Operations

Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations professional to primarily support and manage Payroll, Benefits & HR Compliance activities. The role requires strong numerical orientation, accuracy, and process-driven execution.

Employment Type: 5-year Fixed-Term Contract.

Knowledge:

• Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment in the IT or Banking domain
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

Skills:

• Good understanding of HR operations and compliances
• Knowledge of payroll processes and labor laws
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good communication and stakeholder management

• Attendance & Leave Management - Address day-to-day employee queries and communications related to Attendance, payroll and HR operations
• Manage end to end employee claims & benefits administration - Insurance, Meal card, NPS etc.
• Coordinate with payroll team/vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Maintain statutory records and ensure audit readiness
• Prepare MIS reports on headcount, attrition, attendance, and payroll metrics
• Provide insights through HR data analysis to support decision-making
• Collaborate with business teams, recruitment teams and external vendors to deliver effective HR solutions.
• Ensure overall timely & effective HR service delivery to employees and leaders.
