Assistant Manager HR Operations

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage employee onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
• Oversee HR generalist activities such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance management.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention within the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex HR issues related to performance management, disciplinary actions, or grievances.

Job Requirements :

• 6-9 years of experience in Human Resources Operations or Corporate HR role.
• Strong understanding of employee life cycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, training & development.
• Proficiency in managing HR generalist activities such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance management.
