Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - HR Operations to manage employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, compliance, and HR data management while ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, and exit processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS.
• Handle employee queries and provide timely resolution.
• Drive process improvements and support HR operational excellence.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient HR service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 9-12 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
