Assistant Manager HR - Operations

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - HR Operations with 4-8 years of HR experience to manage and strengthen end-to-end HR operations across multiple locations. The role involves ensuring HR process compliance, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, HRMIS administration, and regular travel to stores for audits, employee engagement, policy implementation, and operational support.

Role & responsibilities :-

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
• Oversee HRMS data accuracy and generate periodic HR reports and dashboards.
• Drive employee attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure timely salary processing.
• Conduct regular visits to stores/branches to assess HR operational effectiveness.
• Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company standards across locations.
• Address employee grievances and provide resolution support during store visits.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Support compliance related to PF, ESI, Shop & Establishment Act, and other applicable regulations.

Requirements :-

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MSW, or equivalent qualification.
• 6-8 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, Manufacturing, or Multi-location organizations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
• Experience in payroll coordination, HRMS, and employee lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned stores/locations.
