Assistant Manager HR Operations

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage employee onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
• Oversee payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax filings.
• Coordinate HR operations such as benefits administration, performance management systems, and compliance reporting.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and data integrity throughout the employee lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• 4-7 years of experience in Human Resources Operations or related field.
• Strong understanding of employee life cycle processes from recruitment to termination.
• Proficiency in Payroll software (e.g. ADP) and ability to troubleshoot issues with payroll processing.
• Experience with onboarding software (e.g. Workday) or willingness to learn.
