Assistant Manager HR Operations

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage employee onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
• Oversee payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax filings.
• Coordinate HR operations activities such as recruitment, training, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to employment law.

Job Requirements :

• 4-7 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of employee life cycle management from hire to retire.
• Proficiency in Payroll software and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
