The team partners effectively with the business leaders, providing strategic talent advice to work in an integrated manner, leveraging solutions and best practices. The teams are responsible for enabling the business, driving the engagement of our people locally and bringing our strategy and EVP to life.

The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. The core focus of the team is to ensure an exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.

Your key responsibilities

• Executive Search & Leadership Hiring: Manage end-to-end executive hiring mandates with ticket size of 1 crore and above. Develop and execute targeted executive search strategies to identify high-caliber leadership talent across industries. Identify passive candidates through executive networks, professional platforms, industry databases, referrals, and market intelligence. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of senior leadership talent for current and future hiring requirements.
• Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence: Conduct industry mapping, competitor analysis, leadership benchmarking, and talent intelligence to identify relevant leadership talent pools. Develop talent maps for critical leadership positions across relevant industries and organizations. Analyze market trends, leadership movements, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to support informed hiring decisions. Provide insights on talent acquisition strategies, candidate availability, and market competitiveness.
• Stakeholder & Business Partner Management: Partner with senior business leaders, hiring managers, HR leadership, and other key stakeholders to understand strategic hiring requirements. Conduct detailed intake discussions to establish role specifications, leadership competencies, business expectations, and candidate evaluation criteria. Manage stakeholder expectations regarding talent availability, search timelines, compensation, and hiring feasibility. Provide regular updates on search progress, candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and closure plans.
• Candidate Assessment & Engagement: Evaluate senior leadership candidates based on functional expertise, leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, cultural alignment, and business impact. Conduct preliminary discussions to assess career aspirations, leadership experience, compensation expectations, and suitability for the mandate. Ensure a premium candidate experience throughout the executive hiring lifecycle. Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive leadership searches and candidate information.

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 58 years of relevant Executive Hiring/leadership hiring experience. Strong understanding of executive search methodologies, talent mapping, and market intelligence. Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements. You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
