Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Proficient in HR Business Partnering support, with a strong understanding of HR BP and workforce-related financial services activities.
• Skilled in leveraging analytics to interpret HR data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Advanced Excel capabilities for reporting, dashboarding, data analysis, and managing large HR datasets efficiently.
• Ability to create clear, impactful presentations that translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Working knowledge of Power BI for building visual reports and enhancing HR performance tracking and analysis.

Qualifications

• PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Post Graduate Diploma in Management
• Master of Arts in Psychology

Experience

• HR BP 6+
