Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong knowledge of Pan-India statutory and labour compliance, including applicable Central and State labour laws, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, and related employment regulations. Hands-on experience in maintaining statutory registers, records, notices, and prescribed documentation in line with labour law requirements. Ability to manage compliance calendars, monitor statutory timelines, and ensure timely filing of returns, monthly submissions, and regulatory obligations. Proficient in compliance analytics, MIS preparation, and dashboard reporting to track compliance status, audit observations, and regulatory risks. Working knowledge of Advanced MS Excel, with exposure to Power BI or Tableau for automating and publishing compliance reports and leadership dashboards. Strong Communication Skills in managing the compliance vendor and internal stakeholders

To qualify for the role you must have

• Any Graduate/MBA in HR/Diploma in Labour Law Labour Welfare

Experience

• HR Operations (6+ years), Labour Law, Statutory Compliance, MIS Reporting
