Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  
• Oversee employee relations, handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and collective bargaining agreements.
  
• Ensure timely completion of statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Board submissions.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve labour-related issues promptly.
  
• Develop and implement effective industrial relations strategies to maintain a positive work environment.
